Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to join a renowned fine dining restaurant’s leadership team. You will supervise daily kitchen operations, uphold top culinary standards, and ensure flawless service. The role blends line leadership with inventory control and cost management, requiring a positive, mentoring approach.

Ideal candidates have a solid background in fine dining, strong communication skills, and a calm, proactive leadership style suitable for a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of kitchen management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fine dining kitchen.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor cooks in a positive, professional manner.
• Experience with ordering, receiving, inventory management, and maintaining food costs.
• Ability to confidently work a station during service while leading the kitchen.

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and maintain high culinary standards.
• Lead and mentor kitchen staff to ensure consistency and hospitality.
