Qualifications

Job description

Position Summary: The Dinner Cook will perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy. This position is required to maintain an immaculately clean and organized work environment and be able to set up workstation fast and efficiently. The Dinner Cook will follow recipes to the specifications of the Chef (ability to increase or decrease recipe as needed).Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation / health regulations and hotel requirements and must have the ability to work in a fast paced, intense work environment, sometimes under extreme heat and stress.

Essential Physical Requirements:

• 100% -- Stands during entire shift.
