AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Dining Supervisor to lead front-end operations at our Akron-area sites. The role requires prior foodservice experience, strong customer service, and proven team leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary/foodservice experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Successful team leadership experience.
• Moving, bending, stooping, lifting and standing on a frequent basis.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds frequently; lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front end production
• Follow opening procedures, including opening and handling cash drawers
• Comply with all policies and procedures, including but not limited to food and physical safety programs
• Communicate any issues of concern to management (i.e. customer issues, cleanliness, safety concerns or security concerns)
• Follow all safety requirements at accounts
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards
• Perform any other duties as specified by management
