AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Dining Supervisor for Siena University in Loudonville, NY. This full‑time position oversees front-end operations and helps ensure an excellent guest experience.

Duties include opening procedures, cash handling, safety compliance, and mentoring the team. Requirements: prior culinary foodservice experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and leadership capability. Benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary foodservice experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills both written and verbal.
• Successful team leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front end production.
• Follow opening procedures including opening and handling cash drawers.
• Comply with all policies and procedures including but not limited to food and physical safety programs.
• Communicate any issues of concern to management (e.g., customer issues, cleanliness, safety or security concerns).
• Follow all safety requirements at accounts.
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards.
• Perform any other duties as specified by management.
