Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Four-plus years in general food service experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred and required for shift leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily shift operations and opening/closing of Courtyard Café.
• Manages staffing to balance customer service needs and food prep timing.
• Enforces health, sanitation, and safety policies and maintains quality standards.
• Counts cash, closes shift, and prepares receipts and reports.
• Trains and supervises approximately 20 union and student staff.
