Job summary

Qualifications

• Four or more years of general food service experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and be qualified under Dartmouth College Driver Safety and Motor Vehicle Policy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day shift operations at Courtyard Café.
• Provide daily supervision to approximately 20 union and temporary staff.
• Ensure health, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed.
• Count cash, manage daily reports, and monitor inventory and supplies.
• Address customer comments and resolve issues, escalating to management as needed.
