Qualifications

• Previous management or supervisory experience required.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment.
• Food service or hospitality industry experience preferred.
• Commitment to food safety, customer service, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations, staffing, and shift execution to ensure efficient service.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to associates while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and development of team members, ensuring all required training and certifications are completed on time.
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards, addressing concerns as needed.
• Ensure dining and production areas remain clean, organized, and service-ready.
• Communicate scheduling updates, operational needs, and department priorities with associates and management.
• Complete operational documentation, follow-up tasks, and required reports accurately and on time.
• Support staffing needs and assist in operational areas when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding employee matters, management discussions, and HR-related issues.
• Serve as a key holder and support additional projects and initiatives as assigned.
