Job summary

Meriwether Godsey, Inc. oversees front-of-house and catering operations at George School in Newtown, PA. This full-time role leads dining staff, ensures high-quality service, and coordinates dining room and catering activities.

You will pass an FBI background check, hold an Associate's Degree or 2-3 years of leadership experience, and be ServSafe-certified or eligible to obtain within 6 months. Growth opportunities exist in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Emerging leadership skills and strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment while fostering strong client and customer relationships

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise setup and maintenance of the cafeteria area and food stations to ensure quality standards
• Assist leadership in supervising and assessing staff needs; supporting purchasing and inventory activities
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees
• Foster an inclusive environment for all staff and guests, while maintaining effective client and customer-centric relationships
• Potential assistance with catering events as requested

Meriwether Godsey is looking for aFull-timeDining Services Supervisorresponsible for overseeing front-of-house and catering operations at George School, a boarding and day school for students in grades 9-12 in Newtown, PA.

• Must be able to work: 6a-2:30p, Monday- Friday, with some weekends & evenings based on catering needs
