• 60%: Troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen equipment using schematics and manuals; perform inspections and preventive maintenance; maintain service reports.
• 25%: Perform mechanical and building trades tasks (plumbing, electrical, painting, simple construction) and submit work orders as needed.
• 5%: Assist with special projects for building and equipment maintenance.
• 5%: Participate in training sessions and departmental meetings; provide feedback to improve policies.
• 5%: Perform other related duties as assigned.
