Qualifications

• Certified Dietary Manager or Registered Dietitian preferred.
• Previous management/supervisory experience.
• Experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and able to set priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, or coordinate activities of the dining services department.
• Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving.
• Coordinate assignments of cooking personnel.
