Atria Senior Living is looking for a Dining Services Supervisor in Stamford, Connecticut. You will oversee meal service operations, manage hiring and training of wait staff, and ensure quality standards in customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in front of the house supervision.
• Ability to carry a tray with at least six (6) meals and/or beverages.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall operations and service of meals in all dining venues.
• Hiring, training, and performance management of wait staff.

Skills

Strong organization and time management skills

Basic Computer skills - Microsoft Word and Excel

Education

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

College or culinary institute degree preferred
