Eurest in Englewood, CO, is seeking an Assistant Director of Dining Services I to support day-to-day food service operations at a medium to large location. You will lead a team of associates, develop talent, and manage client relationships while helping meet profitability and financial goals within your area.

The role requires 1–3 years of food service management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. A preferred Associate’s degree is noted.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of food service management experience.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial experience and business acumen skills.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
• Associate’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the day-to-day food service operations of a medium to large volume location.
• Manages and leads a team of associates; responsible for talent development.
• Manages client relationships, profitability, and supporting financial goals in an assigned area.
• Works with the Chef and management team in creating nutritious and top quality food.
• Implements new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary teams.
• Maintains excellent relationships with the client.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
