Job summary

Meadow Falls of North Royalton is seeking a Dining Services Manager to oversee kitchen operations, supervise dietary staff, and ensure meals meet nutrition and safety standards for our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents.

You will coordinate meal service, train staff, monitor quality and portion control, and create a warm, resident-centered dining experience while maintaining regulatory compliance and high service levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of food service experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Dining Services Manager - HIRE AHEAD

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dining Services Manager to oversee all aspects of dining services for our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, supervising dietary staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and creating a pleasant dining experience that meets the nutritional needs of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, schedule, and support dietary staff
• Conduct staff training and ongoing coaching

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Primarily daytime hours with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Participation in an on-call rotation may be required
