Gravitas seeks a Dining Services Manager to oversee dining operations for our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. You will supervise kitchen staff, ensure food safety, coordinate meals, and maintain high-quality service.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, training, staffing, and creating a nutritious, resident-focused dining experience. Primarily daytime hours with some evenings and weekends required, plus on-call rotation.

Dining Services Manager - HIRE AHEAD

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dining Services Manager to oversee all aspects of dining services for our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, supervising dietary staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and creating a pleasant dining experience that meets the nutritional needs of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, schedule, and support dietary staff
• Conduct staff training and ongoing coaching

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Primarily daytime hours with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Participation in an on-call rotation may be required
