Job summary

Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living in Overland Park, Kansas, seeks an Assistant General Manager of Dining Services to lead dining operations and support all aspects of mealtime service. You will oversee the dining rooms, café, and catering areas, ensuring efficiency and quality while advancing your career with us.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, and developing staff; maintaining portioning and presentation standards; supervising cleanliness and safety; and driving resident

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in dining room management.
• Current Serv-Safe certification or state equivalent within 6 months of hire.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Proven ability to supervise multiple venues and large teams.
• Lift/move objects up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, training, hiring, coaching, and development of dining staff.
• Ensure portioning accuracy, attractive presentation, and service standard adherence.
• Supervise cleanliness and organization of restaurant, kitchen, storage, and loading dock.
• Ensure safety regulations compliance and policy adherence.
• Participate in programs to enhance employee and resident satisfaction.
