Job summary

Erickson Senior Living in Overland Park, Kansas, is looking for a full-time Dining Associate to provide excellent service in their restaurant. Responsibilities include welcoming residents, assisting with meal preparation and clean-up, and ensuring adequate nutritional intake. Preferred candidates will have at least 6 months of food service experience and be able to lift 50 pounds. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents upon their arrival at the restaurant.
• Ensure smooth operation of the restaurant by coordinating with staff.
• Assist with preparation, stocking, serving, and post-meal clean-up.
• Ensure all residents receive adequate nutritional intake.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the front of the house and kitchen.

Location: Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Dining Associate in our Continuing Care department and play a key role in delivering excellent service to our residents. You’ll ensure the dining room and pantry run smoothly, supporting our goal of providing a great dining experience.

Job Hours and Compensation

Full-time Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm with weekend and holiday availability

Compensation: Starting at $16.00 per hour, based upon experience

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 Full-time

How You Will Make An Impact

• Assist with preparation, stocking, serving, and post-meal clean-up
• Ensure all residents receive adequate nutritional intake
• Answer phones professionally and follow up on requests
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the front of the house and kitchen
• Assist in training the wait staff
