Job summary

Lake Port Square is seeking an Associate Director of Food & Beverage for Independent Living in Leesburg, FL to lead daily dining operations across two dining rooms and a brand-new restaurant, plus banquet space. The role focuses on elevating resident dining, building strong teams, and delivering hospitality-driven service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of F&B leadership experience.
• Hospitality-focused with attention to detail.
• Food safety certification (CDM a plus).
• Senior living experience preferred.
• Strong people leadership and team-building.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily food & beverage operations in Independent Living
• Partnering with Executive Chef and leadership team to deliver consistent, high-quality dining
• Supporting and leading a professional, hospitality-driven service team
• Managing special events, banquets, and resident experiences
• Ensuring menus, service, and execution meet nutritional, regulatory, and budget standards
• Walking the dining rooms and listening to resident feedback
• Help drive resident satisfaction and occupancy through great food and service
