Job summary

Lake Port Square in Leesburg, FL is seeking a Hospitality Coordinator to support our Dining Services team as the primary contact for resident dining reservations, special events, catering requests, and administrative tasks.

You will coordinate reservations and events, prepare menus, manage dining records and charges, assist with scheduling and staffing, and collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in an office or professional environment as an administrative worker.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with scheduling, POS systems, and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident reservations, catering, and special events.
• Prepare and distribute dining menus.
• Manage dining records, meal counts, and resident charges.
• Assist with scheduling, interviews, timecards, and staffing support.
• Maintain liquor inventory and departmental reports.
• Address resident dining concerns in a professional manner.
• Provide dining room and service support as needed.
• Collaborate with culinary and dining leadership to ensure excellent service.
