Job summary

Lake Port Square in Leesburg, FL is seeking a Hospitality Coordinator to support our Dining Services team. You will be the primary contact for resident dining reservations, events, and catering, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of hospitality, restaurant, hotel, club, or senior living experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with scheduling, POS systems, and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident reservations, catering, and special events
• Prepare and distribute dining menus
• Manage dining records, meal counts, and resident charges
• Assist with scheduling, interviews, timecards, and staffing support
• Maintain liquor inventory and departmental reports
• Address resident dining concerns in a professional manner
• Provide dining room and service support as needed
• Collaborate with culinary and dining leadership to ensure excellent service
