Job summary

New Perspective Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Dining Room Coordinator in Franklin, WI to ensure high-quality dining experiences for residents and guests. You will lead FOH operations, train servers, manage reservations, and uphold policies and HIPAA standards while supporting a collaborative team culture.

You’ll partner with leadership to schedule staff, monitor inventory, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace that values resident care and service excellence.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalency.
• Minimum two years’ experience in serving/restaurant industry.
• Certification for the position as required by state regulations (e.g., ServSafe) or ability to complete within 3 months.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to multitask and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet with each new resident upon move-in to review dining services and options.
• Oversee resident reservation process and documentation at each meal.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train servers.
• Supervise server team members and organize assigned tasks daily.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform weekly inventory assessments.
• Prepare schedules for servers and cooks and post in a timely manner.
• Ensure dining room is clean and organized; back up on floor as needed.
• Coordinate special events with Life Engagement Team.
• Participate in Resident Council/Town Hall meetings to receive feedback.
