Job summary

New Perspective in Franklin, WI is seeking a friendly Server to deliver a welcoming dining experience for residents and guests. You will engage with residents, take orders, serve meals, clear tables, and help with setup and cleanup to maintain a safe, inviting dining room.

You will work with a team to uphold sanitary standards, assist in food preparation when needed, and ensure accurate POS entries while providing attentive, high-quality service that supports our mission of compassionate senior

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, dining hospitality or senior living preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain quality.
• Able to perform high quality work unsupervised.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver orders timely.
• Knowledge of specialty diet needs of residents.

Responsibilities

• Engages with residents in a friendly manner and provides attentive service.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the menu and makes recommendations.
• Takes food and drink orders from residents with accuracy.
• Delivers food in a timely manner and ensures satisfaction.
• Performs dining room setup, cleanup and resets per procedures.
• Assists the food preparation team when necessary.
• Enters orders into the POS system for kitchen transmission.
• Maintains grooming and hygiene standards.
