Riddle Village, a Premier Continuing Care Retirement Community in Media, PA, seeks an experienced Assistant Director of Dining Services to support the Director of Dining and Executive Chef. The role focuses on Personal Care and Skilled Nursing operations and requires strong leadership to guide, train, and mentor dining staff while delivering exceptional resident dining experiences.

The ideal candidate will bring substantial dietary operations experience and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in dietary operations with emphasis on customer service and hospitality.
• A valid CDM and at least 5 years' experience in a management position is preferred but not required.
• Ability to guide, train, and mentor staff while implementing new dining programs.

Riddle Village, a Premier Continuing Care Retirement Community, located in Delaware County, Media, PA, is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Dining Services. This position will work closely with the Director of Dining and the Executive Chef to support all areas of resident living, but will primarily focus on our operations in Personal Care and Skilled Nursing.

We are looking for a motivated, passionate, energetic individual that likes to support their team in providing the best possible care and dining experience for our residents. This individual should be capable of guiding, training, and mentoring staff while implementing new and exciting dining programs for our residents.
