Qualifications

• Coordinates activities of other food-service employees.
• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Oversees preparation and service of food and beverage items to standards.
• Helps plan menus and ensures timely meal service.
• Trains employees and assigns work to promote efficiency and excellence.
• Maintains proper cash handling per policy.

Responsibilities

• Directs and participates in overall sanitation and safety of the facility.
• Develops sanitation schedules and ensures adherence.
• Manages inventory and ordering from approved sources.
• Responds to customer complaints in person and via email.
• prepares daily/weekly/monthly reports (inventory, payroll, time-keeping).
• Performs other duties as assigned.
