Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring for a full-time Food Unit Lead at Baptist Desoto in Southaven, MS. This role coordinates activities of food-service staff and helps deliver an enjoyable dining experience for customers, staff and visitors, with 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends.

The ideal candidate has prior leadership and food-service experience and will supervise meal preparation and service, plan menus, train employees, and ensure sanitation and safety standards

Responsibilities
