Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Dining Services Assistant Manager to support the dining department at a long-term care facility. You will help oversee daily operations, maintain high food quality, safety, and customer service, and assist in training staff.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring compliance with dietary and sanitation standards, maintaining inventory records, and communicating with residents, families, and team members to enhance the dining experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in food service management preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dining Services Manager with daily operations.
• Supervise and train staff.
• Ensure compliance with dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Maintain records of inventory, costs, and schedules.
• Lead training sessions for staff on prep, service and safety.
• Communicate with residents, families, and staff to enhance dining experience.
• Conduct regular inspections of dining areas for cleanliness and organization.
• Represent HCSG positively in interactions with team members, residents, and guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
