Job summary

The role supports full-time staff, student leadership, and part-time staff, with training and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, addressing customer inquiries, handling transactions, and ensuring clean, organized dining facilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication with a wide array of people.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Experience supervising staff including student workers and part-time staff.
• Ability to bend, lift up to 50 lb, and perform physical tasks.
• Current Serv Safe certification or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Guides and trains staff and student workers.
• Provides exceptional service and information to customers.
• Maintains procedures and updates to ensure accuracy and relevancy of information.
• Troubleshoots and resolves issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitors work areas and supplies to meet customer and operational needs.
• Processes customer transactions and may take payments following policies.
