Job summary

Qualifications

• Read analog thermometers and maintain written temperature records.
• Work well with minimal supervision and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive soiled dishes and prepare them for washing; sort and restock service areas.
• Ensure proper temperatures of dishwashing machinery and water; log temperatures.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining areas, walk-in refrigerators, and restrooms.
• Assist with floor attendant duties during service and support catering setups.
• Load/unload supplies and help with event-related tasks as directed.
