Job summary

Holiday by Atria - Rolling Hills Ranch is seeking a Kitchen Utility Worker to help serve meals and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. The role involves dish prep, serving residents, and assisting with food preparation within a supportive team environment.

A high school diploma is required, along with effective communication skills and a knowledge of sanitation and food-handling practices. Salary ranges from $16.00 to $19.20 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills to work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation practices is required.
• Understanding of safe food-handling practices is a must.

Responsibilities

• Help serve meals and clear/wash dishes from residents’ tables.
• Prepare, wash, and store dishes following procedures.
• Assist in the setup of serving carts for each meal.
• Help serve meals and deliver trays to residents’ rooms.

Skills

Effective communication skills in English

General knowledge of cleaning and sanitation

General knowledge of safe food-handling practices

Ability and willingness to follow standards and procedures

Education

High School education or equivalent
