Job summary

The Lutheran Home in Missouri is seeking a reliable full-time Dishwasher to join our Dining Services team. You will help maintain a clean kitchen by washing and sanitizing dishes and equipment, supporting daily operations for our residents in a healthcare community.

Shift times are 6:00 am–2:30 pm or 11:00 am–7:30 pm. We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus plus comprehensive benefits, paid holidays, earned time off, medical options and retirement plans to help you grow with our team.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Minimum age of 18.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Dietary experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Washing dishes, flatware, pots/pans by hand or dishwasher.
• Storing away cooking equipment, utensils, and dishes in designated areas.
• Cleaning and sanitizing the tables and work surfaces.
• Sorting and removing trash, placing it in the designated pickup area.
• Helping to keep the kitchen area clean and in safe working condition.
• Sweeping or mopping floors.
• Performing necessary tasks to help us meet residents' dietary needs.

The Lutheran Home is seeking a reliable Full-time Dishwasher to join our Dining Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to maintain a clean and organized kitchen by ensuring the proper washing and sanitizing of dishes and kitchen equipment. Your work will support the daily operations of our healthcare community, helping provide essential services to our residents. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
