You will manage a team of associates, partner with the Chef on menu development, and ensure consistent food quality and guest satisfaction across high-volume dining and catering operations.

• Oversee account P&L, budgeting, financial performance, and cost controls.
• Lead the rollout of new culinary programs, initiatives, and service enhancements.
• Ensure consistent standards for food quality, service, sanitation, and overall guest experience.
• Support high-volume production and catering operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
