Job summary

Meridian Senior Living is seeking a Dining Services Director to lead meal preparation and dining operations for residents. You will ensure nutritious, high-quality food, maintain safety and cleanliness, and supervise dining staff with independent judgment.

The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience, at least one year in supervision, a current food service sanitation license, and a compassionate approach to elder care. Health checks and background screening are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
• At least one year supervisory experience preferred.
• Current food service sanitation license required.
• Compassion for the elderly and ability to communicate with residents, families and staff.
• Ability to supervise dining staff with independent judgment and discretion.
• Must meet health requirements and pass background checks.
