Job summary

Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Dining Services Manager to oversee the dining operations across multiple venues, including meal service, front of house, and culinary back of house functions. You will lead a team of dining managers and culinary staff with a focus on service quality and guest experience.

Located in Overland Park, KS, the role requires strong leadership, training and budget management skills, with a starting compensation of $75,000 annually, based on

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years food service management experience required, including production, service and sanitation.
• Serve Safe Certified obtained within 6 months of employment.
• Flexible with schedule; weekends and holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages the overall dining program including meal service/front of house and culinary/back of house operations, ensuring quality and hospitality standards.
• Supervises dining managers, culinary, utility and service staff, including training, evaluating and disciplining.
• Manages the financial operation of the Dining program and ensures compliance with regulations.
• Provides dining service training for staff and supports hospitality initiatives.
