Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a healthcare or senior living environment.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Hands-on cooking experience and staff leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations as a hands-on working supervisor.
• Prepare and cook meals according to established menus.
• Inventory management and budgeting.
• Perform dishwashing and kitchen clean-up duties as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Provide oversight and direction to cooks who work independently on assigned shifts.

• Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Fridays| 12 Hour Shift with 2 Hour Break| Weekend and Holiday Rotations

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily kitchen operations as a hands-on working supervisor
• Prepare and cook meals according to established menus

What You'll Need:

• Texas Food Safety Manager Certification (required)
• Prior experience with hands on cooking, food safety and sanitation knowledge, and staff leadership
• Must be at least 21years of age

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen/dining environment
