Job summary

CIMA Senior Living is seeking an Area Sales Director to lead sales and marketing efforts for two communities, Cleburne Court and Lakewell Court. You will drive occupancy through tours, lead follow-up, CRM management, and targeted outreach.

You will develop quarterly marketing plans with leadership, collaborate on outreach strategies, and track performance to meet census and budget goals. Building strong referral networks with healthcare providers and local organizations is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and results-driven with strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• 2–4 years of experience, preferably in senior living sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute community sales and marketing initiatives to drive occupancy, including tours, lead follow-up, CRM management, competitive analysis, and census/budget goals.
• Develop and implement quarterly marketing plans in collaboration with leadership, incorporating outreach strategies, market trends, strengths/weaknesses, and performance tracking.
• Build strong referral and community relationships through networking, presentations, events, and partnerships with healthcare providers, senior services, and local organizations.
• Enhance the community's brand and reputation by managing social media and online reviews, coordinating move-ins, maintaining marketing materials and reports, and upholding confidentiality and professional standards.

What You'll Need

• Self-motivated and results-driven, with strong organizational, problem-solving, and conflict-management skills and the ability to work independently while effectively managing time and priorities
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 2-4 years of experience, preferably inSenior Living sales
• Valid Driver's License
• 18 years of age or older
