Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Utah is seeking a Dining Services Director to lead culinary programs across communities. You will supervise kitchen and front-of-house teams, ensure high-quality food preparation, and manage food and labor budgets while upholding HACCP and OSHA standards.

Through strong leadership and communication, you will engage with residents for feedback, drive operational excellence, and support special events and community marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Service Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
• 4–5 years supervisory hospitality or fine dining experience.
• 5+ years volume cooking experience or equivalent leadership.
• Current ServSafe certification.
• Experience managing food and labor budgets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
