Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Wayland, MA is seeking a Lead Dining Server to support daily dining operations, model hospitality, and uphold dining room standards for residents and guests.

• Ensure proper dining room set-up, reset, and cleanliness
• Maintain side work, opening, and closing checklists
• Monitor table presentation and dining decorum standards
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines
• Support special events and Bistro operations
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information
