Responsibilities

• Leitet die Planung und Organisation der Betriebsabläufe der Dining Services.
• Bereitet Speisen zu und serviert diese den Bewohnern im festgelegten Zeitrahmen.
• Kann bis zu 3 Tage pro Woche als Chefkoch fungieren.

Highlights Of The Dining Services Director Position:

• The Dining Services Director plans, organizes, develops, and directs the overall operations of the Dining Services Department.
• Prepares food items and serves food to Residents within scheduled time frame.
• Follows menu cycle, noting changes or substitutions.
• May be required to act as lead Chef up to 3 days per week.
