Job summary

The Brentwood Senior Living is seeking a Dining Services Director to lead all aspects of food service operations within our Oklahoma facility. You will oversee menu planning, quality control, and budget-conscious dining while guiding a dedicated dining team to deliver nutritious meals and a superior resident experience.

As Dining Services Director, you will ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with clinical teams, and maintain accurate nutrition documentation to support varied resident needs

Qualifications

• CDM certification or willingness to obtain.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant food service management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food preparation and meal service according to planned menus.
• Supervise, train, and manage Dietary Aides and Cooks.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain dining staff to minimize turnover.
• Monitor and respond to residents’ nutritional needs and physician-ordered diets.
• Order food, supplies, and equipment; inspect deliveries for quality, accuracy, and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with dietary regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate in patient care meetings, contributing nutritional insights.
• Maintain accurate and timely nutrition documentation.
• Adapt menus to meet diverse dietary needs of residents across skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, and independent living.
• Implement systems to support regulatory compliance and high-quality outcomes.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with residents.

• ServSafe Certification
