Job summary

Bridgewater - A Legacy Retirement Community is seeking a Dining Services Director to lead our kitchen and dining staff and deliver memorable meals to residents. You will manage budgets, food purchasing, invoices and inventory, while planning menus for daily service and special events.

Qualifications

• Serve Safe Certification is required.
• Experience managing budgets, purchasing, invoices and inventory.
• Experience in senior living is preferred but not required.

• Supervise and train a team of dining associates to provide exceptional service.

• Competitive annual salary starting at $80,000-$90,000, depending on experience

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Current Serve Safe Certification
• Culinary arts training or degree
• Experience with financial oversight in a food service department
• Background working in Senior Living preferred, but not required
