Job summary

Bridgewater - A Legacy Retirement Community in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a Dining Services Director to lead our kitchen and dining staff and deliver memorable meals to residents.

You will oversee culinary operations, budgets, purchasing, training, menus for holidays and events, and ensure accommodations for various diets while upholding our personal touch philosophy.

Qualifications

• Serve Safe Certification is required.
• Culinary arts training or degree required.
• Experience with financial oversight in a food service department.
• Senior Living experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and service of meals by your kitchen staff.
• Manage budgets, food purchasing, invoices, and inventory control.
• Supervise and train a team of dining associates to provide exceptional service.
• Plan menus and prepare meals for holidays, special occasions, and catered events.

• Competitive annual salary starting at $80,000-$90,000, depending on experience

What You'll Do
