Sinceri Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Food Service Assistant to support meal service and dining room operations in our Carmel, Indiana location. You will help prepare, serve, and maintain a clean dining environment, while delivering friendly, attentive resident service.

Ideal candidates relate well to residents and families, communicate clearly with staff, and maintain reliable attendance. State health requirements and Food Handlers permits may be required.

Qualifications

• Must relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with staff.
• Must communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and the public.
• Must maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Must meet state health requirements and obtain Food Handlers Permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, wash and store dishes following facility procedures.
• Set up serving carts and help serve meals to residents; bus tables and assist cooks.
• Clean dining areas, sweep and prepare for next meal; ensure safety and sanitation.
