Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in dining room management, service, and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, training, hiring, coaching, and development of all employees in the restaurant, café, and supervisory positions.
• Ensure food is properly portioned and plates presented to standards.
• Supervise cleanliness and organization of restaurant, kitchen, storage areas, and loading dock.
• Ensure dining staff comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in programs to enhance employee and resident satisfaction.
