Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring an Assistant Director of Dining Services I to oversee daily food service operations and team performance. You will partner with the Chef and management to deliver high-quality menus, ensure client satisfaction, and drive profitability across the account.

You will lead talent development and coordinate with marketing and culinary teams to implement programs and maintain strong client relationships. An Associate degree is preferred and MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3+ years of food service management experience.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial experience and business acumen skills.
• Proficient computer skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and internet.
