Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is hiring a dining services aide at Grapevine Medical Lodge in Grapevine, TX. You will assist with the preparation, service, and cleanup of meals for residents, maintain a sanitary dining room, and ensure timely meal delivery.

The role supports nutrition care and complies with Federal, State, and Local regulations. A high school diploma and one year of experience in a large-scale cooking operation are preferred; other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year’s experience in a large-scale cooking operation, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation, service, and cleanup for meals served to residents in the nursing center.
• Maintains an attractive and sanitary dining room, meal service, and delivery.
• Ensures the provision of quality food service and nutrition care in accordance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.
• Responsible for dishwashing and maintaining clean dishes in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
