Charleston Area Medical Center in Morgantown is seeking a Dining Services team member to perform basic dining room setup, service, and cleanup for residents and guests. You will help maintain neat, safe areas and support supervisors in coordinating meal service and special events.

Responsibilities include training waitstaff, taking meal orders, communicating orders to cooks, ensuring proper food temperature and presentation, and upholding sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Food Handlers Card is standard in dining operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead wait staff functions, supervise dining room and prep areas when needed.
• Provide tray service, take orders, and communicate with cooks for proper food temp and presentation.
• Plan and execute catering events, decorations, and setup for special occasions.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen, pantry and storage.
• Attend mandatory in-services and staff meetings; participate in ongoing training.
