Job summary

The Waters in Edina, MN is seeking a friendly Server to provide upscale dining service to residents and guests in our senior living community. No experience required; training and ongoing support are provided as part of our commitment to hospitality.

You will serve meals and beverages with warmth, engage with residents and their families, and help create a caring environment consistent with our THRIVE values and personalized service standards.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; previous hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to residents and guests in a professional and timely manner.
• Respond to resident, guest and team member requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Create a fun, engaging and caring environment for residents.

The Server is responsible for providing upscale, professional dining services to community residents and guests. This person possesses a warm and inviting personality and responds to resident, guest and team member requests in a timely manner, professionally representing The Waters.
