Job summary

The Waters in Savage, MN is seeking a Server to deliver upscale dining experiences to residents and guests with a warm, inviting personality. You will respond to requests in a timely, professional manner and represent The Waters with care.

Paid holidays, PTO, medical/dental benefits, 401k, and opportunities to engage with residents and their families are offered. No experience is required, but hospitality experience is a plus as we invest in our team.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Provide excellent hospitality to our Seniors.
• Serve food and beverages to residents and guests in a professional and timely manner.
• Create a fun, engaging and caring environment for residents.
• Engage with residents' family and friends and take time to visit with them.
