Job summary

The Waters is a Minnesota-based community-focused employer seeking a Server to provide upscale, professional dining for residents and guests. You will work weekday evenings and weekend shifts, delivering timely service with a warm, inviting presence and a genuine care for residents and their visitors.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; previous hospitality experience preferred
• Provide excellent hospitality to our Seniors
• Serve food and beverages to resident and guest in a professional and timely manner

• Engage with resident's family and friends and take time to visit with them

Responsibilities

• Provide upscale, professional dining services to residents and guests.

Weekday shifts: 4PM - 8PM

Weekend shifts: 7AM - 3PM, 4PM - 8PM - every other weekend at least one of the days

The Server is responsible for providing upscale, professional dining services to community residents and guests. This person possesses a warm and inviting personality and responds to resident, guest and team member requests in a timely manner, professionally representing The Waters.
