The Village at Orchard Ridge, operated by National Lutheran Communities & Services, is seeking a Full-Time Dining Server in Winchester, VA. Earn $14.50–$17.25 per hour with day and evening shifts, and join a team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences for residents.

• Assisting with dining room setup and closing responsibilities.
• Building positive relationships with residents through exceptional customer service.
• Working closely with kitchen and dining team members to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Following food safety, sanitation, and hospitality standards.
