The Village at Orchard Ridge, part of National Lutheran Communities & Services, is seeking a Dining Server for part-time day and evening shifts in Winchester, VA. You will greet residents, take orders, deliver meals, and help accommodate dietary needs in a welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables, remove used dishes, and maintain dining area cleanliness.
• Communicate orders and dietary restrictions with kitchen staff.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality.
• Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
